Unable to access PHPMYADMIN after install certificate certbot and redirect ssl

Goodmorning everyone,
use wordpress click to deploy on google cloud. I followed the procedure on certbot to install the certificate and enabled ssl redirect. Everything works fine, but after having activated the certificate, I can no longer access the PHPMYADMIN panel, what can I do?
