Ubuntu Lamp issue

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: getmyride.co

Server, O/s & Apps: I have AWS Ec2 instance & using LAMP on Ubuntu 18.04

Issue: Unable to access my website

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): I dont know

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): AWS & FTP

IMP. Note: I am not a technie but I just followed the steps as per above point but since then my website stopped working & even my apps url was linked to it which has stopped working.

Thanks in Anticipation!

Hi @Kewal

there is a timeout visible ( https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=getmyride.co ):

Domainname Http-Status redirect Sec. G
http://getmyride.co/
13.232.216.86 301 https://getmyride.co/ 0.253 A
http://www.getmyride.co/
13.232.216.86 301 https://www.getmyride.co/ 0.254 A
https://getmyride.co/
13.232.216.86 -14 10.027 T
Timeout - The operation has timed out
https://www.getmyride.co/
13.232.216.86 -14 10.027 T
Timeout - The operation has timed out

http works and redirects to https, but https doesn't answer.

There is one new Letsencrypt certificate visible, so you have created a new certificate.

Is there a blocking firewall? Or a router without the correct port forwarding?
