Two certificates one domain in both (overlapping so to say)

I just found that I have two certificates, both covering multiple domains under my server.
Accidently it happened that www.mydomain.tld appears in both certificates.

Would that be harmful? Presently I'm not running a webserver anyway, but in case I will, I just decide to use the one of both.

That doesn't present a problem.

I would delete any cert that you are not using [and do not plan on using anytime soon].
