Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. [https://crt.sh/?q=example.com](https://crt.sh/?q=example.com)), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: [https://gardensuburblibrary.org.uk/gscl/](https://gardensuburblibrary.org.uk/gscl/)

Hi and welcome to the community!

I'm sorry to hear about your expired cert ☹
Although there are several ways to obtain a new cert (a.k.a. "renew"), my main concern would be installing it (and then also automating the renewal process).
So, do you recall how the current cert was obtained and installed?
Do you know which ACME client was used or was it via cPanel?

Thanks for your reply

It was obtained through TSOhost and has been renewed through them so far

From what you said I think I will have to wait for them to sort the problem out their end which is a pain, but I don;t think I have any option

Thank you for your advice

Do you have root access to the server?
Or is is on a shared hosting plan?

Ok, then yes.
If you can't login to the server, then you will need them to do that for you ☹
