Trying to receive an SSL certificate - error 400

Hello! I’ve just trying to create a certificate for my (really my, not a spam domain) domain, but I’ve receive a 400 code - details: Error creating new order :: Policy forbids issuing for “www.atom.merketing” and 1 more identifiers. Refer to sub-problems for more information.

My domain is: atom.marketing

I ran this command: Trying to receive a certificate via ISPmanager Module

It produced this output: ** return code: 400

My web server is (include version): Apache 2.4.6-89.el7.centos

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Centos 7

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: centos-release-7-6.1810.2.el7.centos.x86_64

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): Yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): Yes, ISPmanager Lite 5.205.0

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot): I guess, I didn’t use a Certbot

Help me please!

Is this a real TLD? Is it perhaps a typo for marketing?

PS: merketing is not on the Public Suffix List - https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=atom.merketing

PS: There is already a new certificate, 2 days old:

CertSpotter-Id Issuer not before not after Domain names LE-Duplicate next LE
975622438 CN=Let’s Encrypt Authority X3, O=Let’s Encrypt, C=US 2019-06-19 18:06:22 2019-09-17 18:06:22 atom.marketing - 1 entries duplicate nr. 1

Perhaps use that.

Now you have a new certificate:

CN=atom.marketing
	21.06.2019
	19.09.2019
expires in 90 days	
atom.marketing, www.atom.marketing - 2 entries

With both domain names, that’s good.
