My bad, I put it back in /usr/bin. I got side tracked by my original task lol I am just stoked its working as advertised now.
Well, the actual location doesn't really matter I guess, but the Certbot instructions generator says to put it in /usr/bin/ so we might as wel do so

sudo apt remove certbot
