The problem of obtaining Let's Encrypt certificate

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: avtozam.com

I ran this command:

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version): Nginx

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): CentOS 7.2.1511.el7.centos.2.10 (x86_64)

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): Yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): ISPmanager Lite 5.142.1

Used this instruction https://doc.ispsystem.com/index.php/Integration_with_Let’s_Encrypt
When trying to get a certificate, we receive a message
During the process of obtaining Let’s Encrypt certificate avtozam.com_le2 an error occurred: Type: ‘missed’ Object: ‘unknown’ Value: ‘avtozam.com’.
What you need to check? What to look for to correct this error?

Hi @Anton2,

This looks like an error from ISPManager and not Let's Encrypt. I think your best course of action is to open a support ticket with the maintainers of ISPManager to ask what may cause this problem.
