Hello, I ordered a free certificate for my Synology discstation. When I try to install it in the DSM there is a message „the Maximum of Certificates is exceeded“. How can I get a free certifikate?

You can search for your already issued certificates on https://crt.sh
It might be helpful to have a more specific error message from the device, just to confirm which of the several different rate limits that @Osiris mentioned is being exceeded. (For example, if you’re using a shared domain with other people, it might be that the other people have reached the rate limit. If you have your own domain that only you use, it might be that your device is misconfigured and has been obtaining certificates of and over again.)
