to my iptables.

Still getting a timeout… I can access your HTTP just fine (except that all it does is redirect to HTTPS), but HTTPS times out. (Or at least it will for Let’s Encrypt, whose timeouts are shorter than I’ve been waiting for it to respond…)

Wait a minute - you’re absolutely right, it’s an issue of my network’s policies (I’m behind a proxy). Will contact IT people and get 443 open to the outside network. Nevertheless, within my network I can access https and I can see the green lock and everything, so the issue for me is only the .well-known/acme-challenge. Anyway, as soon as 443 is open to you I’ll update this post. Until then, thanks!
