I ran this command: Add a new certificate >> Get a certificate from lets encrypt >>

It produced this output:The operation failed. Please log into DSM and retry.

My web server is (include version):nginx

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):no

Have you updated to the latest firmware?

Yes, It is the latest firmware.

It is difficult to be certain, but the HTTP response on a simple challenge request test appears to require authentication.
If so, this will break the LE challenge.
