Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

Issue: I have created a certificate for my Symantec Messaging Gateway (SMG) Server. The certificate has been issued successfully, and installed into my server. However, the Server is not letting me install the Lets Encrypt CA Certificate, due to which i am unable to assign and use the SSL Certificate. Any idea how this can be overcome. My SMG version is 10.6.6-5
Any help is welcome
Why would you want do install a CA certificate? You obviously don’t have private key for it.
While LE certificate can be used for mail server, it can’t be used of sign/encrypt mail itself.
I need to apply the SSL to the HTTPS interface of Symantec Messaging Gateway (SMG). I am able to import the certificate, but not apply it, as the CA Certificate is missing.
Where can I download the standalone CA certificate for lets encrypt that includes the certificate chain
