Subdomain 'news' not working

My domain is: news.sfcco.org

I have installed LE ssl to the domain sfcco.org and it works fine with domain sfcco.org and all other subdomains for ex: abc.sfcco.org. However, news.sfcco.org does not work. is this subdomain not allowed? or any issues u can point me?

Have you configured your Apache server to handle that domain name?

What does this show?

sudo apache2ctl -t -D DUMP_VHOSTS

You didn't answer the other questions on the form so you may need apachectl or httpd instead of apache2ctl
