Strange DNS names in my Cloudflare Certificate Transparency Notifications

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g., so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is:

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: A2 Hosting

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): I believe so

I am getting emails a few times a day from Cloudflare saying that they observed an issuance of a certificate however the DNS names are very strange. The one is bold is the only one that is my domain.

See example:
Log date: 2021-05-22 04:21:23 UTC
Issuer: CN=R3,O=Let's Encrypt,C=US
Validity: 2021-05-22 03:21:23 UTC - 2021-08-20 03:21:23 UTC
DNS Names:,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Why is this happening and how do I stop it?

It looks like you are using Zoho have chosen to assign multiple customer domains to every certificate they create, rather than creating one certificate per customer. That's a normal thing to do.

If you want to prevent it, you could delete your domain from Zoho Projects.

Ok thank you. I just wanted to make sure that something of mine wasn't hacked. I had an issue with my site.
