SSL/TLS certificate changed and is invalid

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: https://loobynet.co.uk

I ran this command: Went to send an email

It produced this output: see image and topic title

My web server is (include version): Apache

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Don't know

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: 123reg.co.uk

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): Don't know

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): Yes, cpanel, but using certsage to handle the certificates

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot): n/a

Hi all -- I went to send an email from my domain and got the message in the image here. I clicked accept and all went well, but is there anything I should be doing in future?

Are you using tsoHost or Godaddy?

You need a cert covering your mail subdomain to use it properly.

Yes -- I think TSO was taken over by GoDaddy.

Is it as simple as using your (excellent!) tool and going to CertSage and adding mail.loobynet.co.uk ?

Thanks :slightly_smiling_face: and yep, you can add the mail subdomain to your cert currently covering your apex (non-www) domain name and www subdomain name (and possibly other cPanel-related subdomain names under that apex domain name).

BTW, you should probably update your CertSage. I've added a lot of useful things since your version.
