SSL not working for www domain on Dreamhost

I added certificates to two domains I have with Dreamhost. One works on both www and non-www. The other domain does not work with www. How do I add a SAN to a cert issued via Dreamhost? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. |, so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is:

I ran this command:

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version):

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know):

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version):

I see you added your domain names to your first post. I also see from the public log that only one of those 3 domains got certs from Let's Encrypt. The other two domains got certs from cPanel and Cloudflare.

There is a current Let's Encrypt wildcard cert for durecorders which was sent by your server for requests to and the www subdomain. That seems fine. Your DNS has 5 different IP addresses for that. I did not check that every IP responds the same.

Would you please explain more about the problem you see?

And, please answer the questions in the form for the domain.

I assume by this you're on a shared Dreamhost plan and not a Dedicated Server:

You can't. Dreamhost manages their own client and certificate system.

Check each domain on their configuration panel. There is an option on how to handle redirects - ensure they all are set up like the one that works. If that doesn't fix your problem, contact Dreamhost support for help.
