SSL keeps getting flashes from unsecured to secured

I ran this command: none

It produced this output: when you change from tab to tabs or just open the website

I see that too. May be there are two webservers running, one orphaned.

So one solution: Reboot your server. If there are two webservers, the old should be killed.
