Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. [crt.sh | example.com](https://crt.sh/?q=example.com)), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: [agapeelementaryacademy.com](http://agapeelementaryacademy.com)

I ran this command: nothing

It produced this output: The SSL/TLS certificate cannot be renewed automatically because the required data is missing. To renew the certificate, reissue it manually.

The problem is within Plesk panel.
I'm not sure this is the best place to get help with such problems.
And, if you can't login as root, then we can't really do much troubleshooting.
Have you spoken with your HSP?

Plesk support says, problem is at let's encrypt server end. Please help to resolve this issue.

Plesk support team replied:
"Let me clarify how Lets Encrypt certificate issuing works. Certificate is issued by Lets Encrypt servers. When I tried to connect to the Lets encrypt server [https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org](https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org), it fails again with the same response below:

```plaintext
 C:\Users\Administrator>curl -v https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org
 Trying 172.65.32.248:443...
 Connected to acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org (172.65.32.248) port 443 (#0)
 schannel: disabled automatic use of client certificate
 ALPN: offers http/1.1
 schannel: next InitializeSecurityContext failed: Unknown error (0x80092012) - The revocation function was unable to check revocation for the certificate.
 Closing connection 0curl: (35) schannel: next InitializeSecurityContext failed: Unknown error (0x80092012) - The revocation function was unable to check revocation for the certificate.
```

please help and let us know for further update.

Check on high priority.

If it was on Let's Encrypt's side, we'd probably be seeing many more reports about it.

Can you test these commands as well please:

```
curl -I http://x1.c.lencr.org
curl -I http://r3.o.lencr.org
```
