Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: http://www.mc-electrics.com/

I ran this command: Dont know

It produced this output: Dont know

My web server is (include version): Dont know

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Dont know

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: https://wpengine.com/

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): Dont know

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): plesk

Hi @razorsharp

http sites are unsecure by design. Your site

https://www.mc-electrics.com/

is secure. So there is only a missing redirect.

The certificate is created today.

https://transparencyreport.google.com/https/certificates?cert_search_auth=&cert_search_cert=&cert_search=include_expired:false;include_subdomains:false;domain:mc-electrics.com&lu=cert_search

Which command / tool did you use?

#3

Hi Not sure what you mean by command / tool, sorry!

@JuergenAuer is asking what you used to obtain this certificate in the first place. Many clients will automatically add the redirect for you, but that seems to have not happened in this case.

Thank you,

I migrated the site from heart internet to wpengine, and used plesk to create the SSL via letsencrypt…

That should help:

Thank you! Much appreciated!
