Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. [https://crt.sh/?q=example.com](https://crt.sh/?q=example.com)), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

Right now your website doesn’t show anything at all, it does not respond to pings, and it doesn’t show anything when portscanned on common ports:

```nohighlight
% nmap johnnysp.com
Starting Nmap 7.80 ( https://nmap.org ) at 2020-03-08 23:11 CET
Note: Host seems down. If it is really up, but blocking our ping probes, try -Pn
Nmap done: 1 IP address (0 hosts up) scanned in 3.15 seconds
% nmap johnnysp.com -Pn
Starting Nmap 7.80 ( https://nmap.org ) at 2020-03-08 23:11 CET
Nmap scan report for johnnysp.com (108.35.27.19)
Host is up.
rDNS record for 108.35.27.19: pool-108-35-27-19.nwrknj.fios.verizon.net
All 1000 scanned ports on johnnysp.com (108.35.27.19) are filtered
Nmap done: 1 IP address (1 host up) scanned in 201.81 seconds
```

(don’t expect a green padlock, it’s grey now)
