I have a web site on azure and I wan to setup SSL for my web site. I’ created a certificate for my non www domain but I can’t create for my www domain. When I try to validate my www certificate I got this error: " Pre-verification failed. The directory is incorrect. Ask your host if unsure about the directory or try using an FTP client or >web FTP if you do not have an FTP client to try finding it out." I’ve checked again and again and everything is logging good. How do I fix this problem? 2 months ago I created a certificate for www but now I can’t for some reason.
