I just launched the new blog and using Let’sEncrypt certificate to secure my blog. But, after installing, it takes some time to resolve the browser issue. Sometimes browser shows error that site you are visiting is not secure.
Does this happen every time when I renew the certificate of only once as this was the first time installed the certificate?

① Your site looks valid to me and tested OK with a site scanning tool.
② Your site is behind Cloudflare so it’s not using the Let’s Encrypt certificate directly with the Internet as a whole.
③ Maybe you could share a specific example of a browser error that you’ve encountered with this site?
