Ssl certificate

it has been 2 days and my SSL / TLS certificate is still not done and is showing this message We’ll provision your Let’s Encrypt certificate automatically once the DNS configuration for your custom domain is pointing to our servers and the changes have propagated.

We would need more info to provide any assistance. Please answer as much as you can from the form you should have been shown (shown again below).

But, from your description it sounds like you signed up for some kind of hosting or CDN service which, for some reason, has not been able to obtain your cert.

If so, the better place to ask about that is from that service provider. They are the ones that setup the system to manage the cert. If you think Let's Encrypt is the cause of your failure please answer more of these questions. Thanks

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is:

I ran this command:

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version):

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know):

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):

This really sounds like a question/issue that would be better directed to your hosting provider (which you haven't identified). Issuance of a Let's Encrypt certificate takes seconds, so if it's been two days, there's definitely a problem on their end.
