SSL Certificate Timeout

Good afternoon! We use your service to issue certificates for our CMS sites. Timeout turned on after an internal failure. Please clarify whether it is possible to reset it to issue certificates for domains?
I count on your assistance.

Domain names: skoda.primjera.ru , skoda-orehovo.ru , skoda-avtoexpress.ru , dinaplus.ru

What's a timeout in this context?

You went over rate limits? Which ones?

It says "Error creating new order :: too many certificates (5) already issued for this exact set of domains in the last 168 hours"

Ok. This means you have 5 perfectly fine certificates for your domain name.

You should use one of those.

I would love to do this, but we had cert files removed and there were issues with cert-manager in the k8s cluster.

Read carefully the rate limits page, it suggests how you can get around them. (Ie: by doing something that is counted separately, by using a different CA, etc etc etc.)

If you're not using the certificates in production and you're experimenting, use the staging environment, which is a lot more lax with rate limits.

Rate limits cannot be reset. Please be more careful in the future.
