Ssl certificate not working

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: www.brownsfinest.com

I ran this command: http://dnschecker.org/ , cname

It produced this output: not private/secure

My web server is (include version): not sure

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): not sure

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: netlify

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): not sure

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): no

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot): no

Here is what I see on Safari, a non trusted certificate is being served.

@Camelblow I am pretty sure Netlify sets up your certificates for you. Try asking their support first.

There has been issued a certificate for www.brownsfinest.com as well as brownsfinest.com (crt.sh | 15955035604), but that certificate is not being used. A more recent certificate for just www.brownsfinest.com (crt.sh | 15956297196) is being used on just www.brownsfinest.com whereas the apex domain brownsfinest.com is not properly configured to send the correct certificate.

If you're not hosting your website on e.g. a VPS where you have full control over the server, you indeed probably need to contact Netlify to fix this.
