Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: www.bethanyclipper.com

I ran this command: www.bethanyclipper.com on Safari

It produced this output: website not secure

My web server is (include version):Microsoft-IIS/8.5

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Macintosh Intel Mac OS X 10.13.4

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: managed.com

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): managed.com control panel//Microsoft-IIS/8.5

Hi,

If you can login to your parallel panel and see if there is an ssl/ tls certificate option?

Also, do you have shell access to your server (not Your local machine)?

Thank you

Hi,

There is a ssl/tls certificate option, must have crt extension.
I do not have shell access.
This is as close as it gets…

That looks fine.

You can use sslforfree.com to obtain a certificate using http(upload a file) or DNS (create txt record)

Thank you
