The website http://discourse.wombatarchitecture.com/ shows the ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED error. On checking, I see that there is no SSL certificate installed and hence the website does not connect on the HTTPS port 443.

Yet there is the "Unable to resolve domain name".

Well now that is just because removed the record for that host, changed from discourse to community. Could change that back once can generate new certificate for that address tomorrow.
