It produced this output:

I dont know what to do about this.

I dont use a control panel to use my server

From what I see your port 80 and 443 are filtered.

I am not an expert on Google Hosting but based on the error message CertBot gave you I would start by checking your configured services on google cloud... Maybe this can help...
