SOLVED! Security warning on www redirect

I've had a complaint that the website I set up - zz9.org - doesn't work when you type www.zz9.org.

I tested it - it works fine, but there is a security warning when it redirects to the site https://zz9.org. If you go direct to the site, then no problemo!

The SSL was created using CertSage. What can I do?

My domain is: zz9.org

My web server is (include version): ?

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Erm... I don't know. It's Wordpress. I seem to remember the web host uses Apache??

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: My20i

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): Yes

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): CPanel

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot): CertSage latest version - reinstalled certificate last month, I think it was.

The person who is taking over the site from me said he re-installed the security certificate and it's working now. So I don't know what happened there!

Your previous certificate, which you can view at crt.sh | 14865806970, did not include the www subdomain. Your current certificate, which can be viewed at crt.sh | 15276266756, does.

Looking at your certificate lifetime at crt.sh | zz9.org, the www subdomain was almost always included, except for the certificate from October. Someone probably forgot to include the subdomain.
