The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):WIN10 X64
My hosting provider, if applicable, is:Domain Registrar: Freenom
I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know):i dont know
I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):no
The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version

Why not ask them? If this is possible at all, I'd expect their documentation or support would explain how to do it.

Hi @PutoPug
your question is unrelevant / wrong.
See
Freenom is your domain registrar, not your hoster.
Your ip of your domain is private (10.*
), so it's your own machine.
There you have to install the certificate.

It looks like you've had a few certificates issued...
I'm assuming by your private IP that this is your own webserver and thus you have root access.
What says apachectl -S
?
