I ran this command: Wanted to install SSL certificate

It produced this output:

No domains pointing to this server to generate the certificate for.

TL;DR : contect hitrost to remove DS record for your domain.

logopedi.si have EDE: 6 (DNSSEC Bogus) error - no DNSKEY in hitrost nameservers.
does hitrost nameservers support DNSSEC? you will have to register DNSKEY into them or remove oppending DS record from si zone. (from your domain register, which is also hitrost.net though but probably different page.
