Your request is better handled in the Help section. I moved it there. Had you posted there first you would have been shown the form below. Please answer as much as you can

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.
My domain is:
I ran this command:
It produced this output:
My web server is (include version):
The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):
My hosting provider, if applicable, is:
I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know):
I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):
The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version

if you're using Certbot):
Presently from around the world the DNS A record for IPv4 some site show an IPv4 address of 146.190.44.116
instead of 143.244.183.106
Permanent link to this check report
The online tool https://unboundtest.com/ shows the IPv4 address of 143.244.183.106
https://unboundtest.com/m/A/naturahoy.com/PK65J36N
Possibly this is just a DNS cache issue and will resolve with time.
That is a very strange error in the snapshot in your post #2
encoding with 'idna' codec failed
I have never seen it but maybe review this thread with the same error.
