Server Change Error

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better.

My domain is:
packer-locker.net
I ran this command:
Previously had SSL Certificate installed properly on arvixe.com using plugin as instructed. Arvixe.com changed servers, messed everything up, and have no idea how to fix it.
It produced this output:
Before server migration. Plugin was installed on wordpress in subdomain. After migration, attempted to install for domain and received “bad username” error. Attempted to install on subdomain that originally installed properly, and received same error. Left over files. BIG MESS!

Arvixe.com support is useless, they have no idea what the plugin is and when i try to explain where i got the SSL certificate from they dont understand, no less be able to fix the issue.
My operating system is (include version):
windows 10
My web server is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:
Arvixe
I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know):
i dont know
I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):
yes. Arvixe.com CPanel

Unfortunately, I suspect only Arvixe.com can fix the problem because there is unlikely to be any action that you could take from your end that would remove the error, even if we had a perfect understanding of the technical reasons why the problem happened. I think you will most likely need to keep pressing their support for help or else switch hosting providers.

There is some chance that I’m wrong in this assessment; I’m just not very optimistic about the situation.
