That's not our answer range bro.
Disclaimer: I don't represent LE.
As let's encrypt ,they don't block any normal certificate issuerance so if you have questions about other CA, call them.
It's users preference.. not ours. @schoen just choose to list .sd since it's your country tld. (Which most country tld are used by their residents)
