Secure Connection Failed

I just turned my wifi off on my mobile phone and I can see the website, but as soon as I turn wifi on I loose it. I'm wondering if I need to disable the sites in the /etc/hosts file but if I do I can't really access my own site. Never had this happen before.

Why can't you access sites (even your own) through the public internet from your wifi?

I don't know why a connection on your local network is failing. Not my area of expertise. As confirmation of your site working well on the public internet SSL Labs gives it an A.

It's just accessing the site on my local network gives me a Secure Connection Failed all other sites are fine. As soon as I try accessing it on an unconnected network I get access to it. It's bizzar. But I can work with it for now.
