Hi @BiggoB

you have two ip-addresses - ipv6 and ipv4.

But they send different content.

A non-existent file: ipv4 sends a 404, ipv6 sends a 200 - http status.

So remove your ipv6 address in your dns settings or configure your nginx, that ipv6 is used.
