# Rerquest to unlbock IP

Hi,  
i'm using cert-manager for generating certificate at kubernetes cluster.  
My domain is: [iaservices-dev.skoda-auto.com](http://iaservices-dev.skoda-auto.com)

But now i got error  
Message: Failed to verify ACME account: Get [https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/directory:](https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/directory:) dial tcp: i/o timeout  
Reason: ErrRegisterACMEAccount

Is it my domain blocked?  
Thanks for unblock.

To the best of my knowledge, Let's Encrypt don't block users in this manner.

It seems more likely that there is some kind of networking issue (firewall, DNS or otherwise) between the cert-manager container and Cloudflare's network.

Could you try collect this information from within the container:

```
curl -vvv -m10 https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/directory
mtr --report -c 10 acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org
```
