Renewing Certificates

I just received notification about renewing certificates automatically and I don't want any of these renewed. Is there anything I must do to make sure they will NOT be renewed?

Let's Encrypt doesn't send a notification about renewing certificates, but they do send a notification when certs are about to expire. If you're getting such a notification, the chances are good that whatever process would have been automatically renewing the certs is no longer doing so.

The only real answer is "determine what process was automatically renewing the certs originally, and stop it." And whatever that process is, it isn't on Let's Encrypt's end.
