Renewed certificate, still getting Cert Date Invalid

My domain is: mxe.novahealth.com

I ran this command:attempted to connect to site

It produced this output: cert date invalid

My web server is (include version):

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): don’t know, can access web app from localhost on server

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot):

I’m using certify the web, and my certificate renewed successfully. TXT record was updated at hosting site. Running test from certify the web comes back successful. However client computers still retrieve old, pre-renewal certificate. any assistance appreciated.

Can you indicate a particular URL that people are going to and receiving an error? Right now I get a lower-level protocol error when trying to connect to https://mxe.novahealth.com/ in a browser. (Is there another restriction on the IP addresses that are allowed to access the site or something?)
