Seems the command to start your express server is (executed from the home directory of the user):
sudo ng serve --port 443 --host 0.0.0.0 --ssl true --ssl-cert ../fullchain.pem --ssl-key ../privkey.pem --disableHostCheck
And also seems they are copying the fullchain.pem and privkey.pem files to that directory instead of using directly the entire path to the right files, instead of use the above command maybe you should use this command to start the express server and use the renewed certificates:
sudo ng serve --port 443 --host 0.0.0.0 --ssl true --ssl-cert /etc/letsencrypt/live/ohward.com/fullchain.pem --ssl-key /etc/letsencrypt/live/ohward.com/privkey.pem --disableHostCheck
