Renew certificat - how to do help me

I would like to know how to renew an expired certificate since 1 week but I really don’t know how to do… actually I’ve got a website server on KimSufi with a domaine name / subdomain on Gandi.

I order this secure website last year and I’m not in touch anymore with my developer but I have access to everything. Can you help me to solve this please ?

Hi @shantitravel

it’s really helpful if you are able to answer the following questions.

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g., so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is:

I ran this command:

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version):

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know):

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot):

There is an older check of your main domain -

There are some errors.

Your subdomain looks ok -

Domainname Http-Status redirect Sec. G 301 0.053 A 401 0.840 N
Certificate error: RemoteCertificateChainErrors 301 0.053 A
Visible Content: Moved Permanently The document has moved here . Apache/2.4.25 (Debian) Server at Port 80 401 0.290 N
Certificate error: RemoteCertificateChainErrors
Visible Content:

is ok.

But the questions - control panel yes/no, root access, possible client - are important.
