Renew Cert without changing signature

I was wondering if it was possible to renew certificate without changing the signature?

What do you mean by “signature”?

If you renew the certificate, the date will be different. It’s id will also be different. So, as the certificate is different, his hash and signature will be.

If you mean private key, yes, you can ask a certificate using the same private key than the previous one.

Yes, the way that digital certificates work is that they have to be replaced in their entity in order for any of the information in them to be updated, including the expiration date, even if no other information is changed. So when a Let's Encrypt certificate is renewed, the certificate file will always have to be replaced on the server that uses the certificate, even if this is done automatically by software as we recommend.
