I recived this error message : e Let’s Encrypt service did not issue a valid certificate in the time allowed. Failed to finalize certificate order: Error finalizing order :: too many certificates already issued for exact set of domains
domain is .ir
from windows server IIS through certify the web
how can i solve this?
it is free version

what's your domain name? The top level domain isn't relevant.

my domain is " .ac.ir "
That's not a domain, that's a public suffix.
Looks like the sysadmin for *.ut.ac.ir setup a cronjob to force-renew their domains once per hour, and now a bunch of them have hit the duplicate limit.
You might try getting help at https://community.certifytheweb.com , it’s possible that there’s some problem with your ACME client causing this to happen.
