Remove domain tana[.]net[.]vn

Dear sir,

I have an extension of ssl domain name tana[.]net[.]vn ( Note: not )
Because I did not understand the technical, I made a mistake and done repeatedly so the system has blocked the domain name

"An unexpected error occurred:
There were too many requests of a given type :: Error finalizing order :: too many certificates already issued for exact set of domains: tana[.]net[.]vn,www(.)tana(.) see
" ( Note: not )

So far I have understood the problem, I wish you company support remove domain blacklist

Thank you

It’s not a blacklist… And Let’s encrypt can’t “remove” a rate limit…

For more information, please see

Thank you

The block will expire in due time.

To be specific, the block will begin to expire automatically sometime on November 16 (tomorrow) although it may be early morning on November 17 in Vietnam when this happens.

@tungkha, the rate limits page should explain all of the rules about this. If you need a new certificate urgently, you can also request one that includes an additional subdomain, because the limit that you reached only applies to requesting certificates that cover exactly these two names and no others (also known as certificates with identical domain coverage). A certificate that covered an additional subdomain would not be subject to this particular rate limit.
