Please do the command as rg305 showed.

This problem seems a pattern with your cert requests. You posted a [similar problem 10 days ago](https://community.letsencrypt.org/t/cant-complete-usr-bin-certbot-certonly-dry-run-v-d/183312) and [before that in May.](https://community.letsencrypt.org/t/problem-adding-2-certs-for-linked-domains/178315)

Do you still have your VirtualHosts setup [like you showed in Feb here](https://community.letsencrypt.org/t/trying-to-expand-certs-to-other-subdomains/171897/6)? Because you had IPv4 and IPv6 VHosts separate and I can't help wonder whether that is contributing to this.
