I got rate limit SSL *.example.com
because Duplicate Certificates 5 of 5 weekly certificates.
The next time this certificate can be issued is 28 Jun 2020 15:29:21 UTC
Can this limit be removed somehow?
Only with time can it be “removed”.

The one workaround available to you would be to issue a non-duplicate certificate. e.g. A certificate for both *.example.com and *.x.example.com would be counted separately.
