Rate Limit Adjustment Request Status for specific domains

Our domains are:

pickware.shop
getpickware.com
pickware.cloud

We use these domains to provide our customers services in their own separated subdomains (e.g., customer123.pickware.shop and www.customer123.pickware.shop).

We've run into the rate limit:

429 urn:ietf:params:acme:error:rateLimited:
Error creating new order :: too many certificates already issued for: getpickware.com

Could you please update us on the status of that request?

We're happy to also follow all technical recommendations you have for us and have read and follow the integrator's guide (only OCSP stapling is on our todo list).

You've submitted the form yesterday and ask for an update today? I'm not sure if that's useful, considering the following line from the rate limit documentation page:

It takes a few weeks to process requests (…)
