Rate Limit Adjustment approved but new limit blank

I have received a "Rate Limit Adjustment Request Approved" email, however the "new limit" stated in the email is blank. How do I see what's the new limit?

If the email doesn't specify a new limit, then we approved the amount you selected when you submitted your request.

If I selected "5000-10,000" for the question "What is the largest number of new certificates under a single registered domain or account you will need in a single week, including renewals?*", does that mean the new limit is 10,000 per 3 hour?
