@My1 ( off topic of 90 day certs - sorry ) if you’re happy to try a self hacked bash script ( which you can setup to run from a single server and SSH / SCP … or you could use SSHFS ) places the relevant check token in the right place and then will copy the cert files over for you - try https://github.com/srvrco/getssl I wrote it to overcome the issues of some servers which wouldn’t the official LE client, but I could at least automate things that way. It needs to run on linux, as long as you have SSH keys on the other other servers though it can do all the rest.
