Problems on ubuntu 18.04

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g., so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is:

I ran this command:

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version): Apache

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Ubuntu 18.04

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): Froxlor

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot): certbot

I used certbot to get a SSL certificate for my subdomain. After installing certbot I started it and get asked for my domain name and my e-mail address. Everything fine so far. At the end certbot said:
“Successfully installed…” and it told me where I can find the files (in the live folder).
But now I still cant get a HTTPS connection. Whats to do? Did I forget something?
In some tutorials the people get asked, if they would like to get a permanently forwarding from HTTP to HTTPS…I didnt have this option.

Please help me!

Thank you

Hi @olewald

you have created certificates ( ):

CertSpotter-Id Issuer not before not after Domain names LE-Duplicate next LE
927348722 CN=Let's Encrypt Authority X3, O=Let's Encrypt, C=US 2019-05-23 10:05:00 2019-08-21 10:05:00
1 entries duplicate nr. 2
926456588 CN=Let's Encrypt Authority X3, O=Let's Encrypt, C=US 2019-05-22 23:06:56 2019-08-20 23:06:56
1 entries duplicate nr. 1
926429911 CN=Let's Encrypt Authority X3, O=Let's Encrypt, C=US 2019-05-22 22:44:27 2019-08-20 22:44:27,
2 entries duplicate nr. 1

But your https doesn't answer.

Domainname Http-Status redirect Sec. G 200 0.063 H -2 1.063 V
ConnectFailure - Unable to connect to the remote server No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

I have no idea how froxlor works. Check the documentation to find the steps.
