Problem with renewal of SSL certificate; cannot access site & webmail

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

Hi,

Both port appreared to be not accessible for users in U.S. (status showed filtered). Since it’s not accessible in U.S, it’s likely some part of LE validation server can’t access your site too, which make the renewal failed.

Could you please check your port configuration? (Firewall settings?) And see if the IP resolved is correct?

Thank you

Hi @bapo

your site is completely invisible, same here (Berlin). But I see timeouts after 10 seconds, so your site doesn't answer.

Hi,

It turned out that the VPS network on which my site is hosted had a malfunction …;(
It’s working now; it had nothing to do with SSL …
Thanx anyway!
Michel Beckers
